I can't say enough good things about Dr. Valle and Marin Hearing Center. Dr. Valle was extraordinarily patient and thorough in answering my endless questions and explaining every little detail. The office staff was also great and professional and made financing a simple, stress-free process. Appointments were always on time or at most 5 minutes late. I HIGHLY recommend Marin Hearing Center!

Let’s face it hearing aids are expensive- and when investing in them you want to feel comfortable with the audiologist that you choose - I can unequivocally say that dr Andrew Valla is superb in every way —/he spends a ton of time explaining in simple lay men’s terms what’s the aids can do for you .I would highly recommend him to anyone that asks me where I bought my hearing aids - his office staff is terrific and during these Covid times they are extremely careful with staggering appointments -use of masks hand sanitizers etc - I’ll be a fan for years to come -/ so happy to have found him

SUCH great things to say! I was so impressed. I never write reviews but I genuinely had an amazing experience here and had to write one. The doctor was genuinely interested and talked with me about everything, explained what all the graphs meant, and was overall so nice. Can't recommend enough! Also I didn't feel rushed through at all like at many other dr appts, it was so great he really took his time and did a thorough job. It was great.

After going to another audiologist and having an unsatisfactory experience, husband went to see Dr. Valla. Dr. Valla was so thorough and completely committed to helping my husband. After testing, Dr. Valla ordered a hearing aid and microphone for my husband. My husband has nearly no hearing in one ear. These aids have made it possible for him to have strong hearing; they have greatly enhanced my husband's life.
Dr Valla's receptionist Robin goes out of her way to be helpful.

As a life-long patient of compromised hearing, which includes FIVE surgeries at nationally recognized top tier medical facilities, I can enthusiastically vote with 5 stars for Dr. Valla. My only complaint is that 5 isn't nearly enough!
Throughout my adult life (I am now 71 with hearing loss since 22 years of age), I have worked with so many clinicians and surgeons in the field. I feel blessed to have found Dr. Valla. Not only is he brilliant, but he cares!
He is extremely knowledgeable and truly goes the extra mile to provide the very best options possible. I completely trust Dr. Valla and his judgement. I don't know what I would do without him. Honestly!

Highly recommend this company. Kim and Robin are both consummate professionals--thorough, kind, and caring. This is my first experience with hearing aids (I'm losing the high end which affects my listening in group settings), and though I paid a little more than I might have online, the time and attention to getting the right device for me, and getting it fitted properly was well worth it. Kim let try out a demo set of Widex aids for about 6 weeks, long enough to get comfortable with the fit and the changes in sound. She was easy to negotiate with around price....I'm a happy customer. Dr. Andy Valla has moved to Marin Hearing Center and he is giving the same great care with patience, expertise and professionalism. Nothing has changed with Dr. Valla's great care other than he is giving it in his new setting in Corte Madera. I highly recommend Dr. Valla and Marin Hearing Center and their great staff.

I've been totally deaf in my right ear since I was 4 years old. At 49 I finally decided to explore hearing aids. I was disappointed with the options/service at Kaiser. A friend suggested Marin Hearing Center and I was blown away. Andy was great. After a hearing test/consultation I decided to get a hearing aid with a cross. The prices and service are better than Kaiser. The results have been incredible. I'm able to hear much better now and wished I had done this years ago. Well worth the time and money. Marin Hearing Center... Ya hear me? Now I do.

I first contacted Marin Hearing to get support for a hearing aid issued to my 92-year-old father by the Veterans' Hospital Auditory dept. in SF. Although we weren't customers when I walked in I was treated like one. Excellent support by Robin at the front desk who handled our needs expertly, quickly repairing my father's device (no charge). Also, because my father recently had a poor experience with a similar business in Marin, Robin's support made the experience even more appreciated. A simple act that had a big impact and created a new loyal customer. Thanks Again!

If you have hearing loss, run, don't walk, to the Marin Hearing Center! I already had hearing aids prescribed several years ago, but found them not as helpful as they once were. Kim at Marin Hearing Center tested my hearing and recommended a different brand that was more uo to date. I am incredibly happy with them, and even more so with the careful assessment and wonderful attention I got from Kim and her staff. They really know their stuff! The whole experience was so pleasant that I have no hesitation in recommending the Marin Hearing Center, and I will be returning there myself as needed in the future. I actually look forward to it!

Dr Valla gave us something that money can't buy in today's medical world. Generous time, thoughtful analysis, and most of all empathy for what it means psychologically to experience hearing loss in the aging process. My husband initially resistant like so many people and vaguely suspicious about the cost of hearing aids, Dr. Valla took the time to help him understand how hearing loss taxes the brain and increases aging. It was a real pleasure to meet Dr Valla for my audio evaluation for my hearing aids . He was very patient courteous and explained everything in detail to make sure It fit right and that I felt comfortable wearing them. He encouraged me not to hesitate to contact him any time with questions or concerns . I can not recommend him enough.

I knew my hearing was going south, just not how much. I was pleased to find out that it was better than I thought. This gives me peace of mind. I was also able to discuss my tinnitus.

All were dedicated and knowledgeable professionals, but Dr. Andrew Valla at Marin Hearing Center outclasses them all! He is up to speed on all the latest tech and truly wants his patients to get the best help possible. I will never go anywhere else.

Just had a situation where I had to get in quick and find a solution to help with my Mom's hearing loss (she was here visiting and literally couldn't have conversations with my kids anymore). Kim got me in really quickly and we had a solution within 48 hours. Kim was kind and dealt really well with my stubborn mom 😉 Her and her whole staff are wonderful. Kim went above and beyond for us in many ways to help us out. Kim actually answered the phone and emails directly - amazing. She is knowledgable and professional and tries to find the right solution for the situation. Couldn't be happier - highly recommend.

My doctor is so knowledgeable that he was able to see me through some serious learning curves. I highly recommend the Marin Hearing center, they not only know how to help you but they also take the time to make sure you know also. I walk out of their office feeling upbeat everytime knowing I got the best from them.
