I knew my hearing was going south, just not how much. I was pleased to find out that it was better than I thought. This gives me peace of mind. I was also able to discuss my tinnitus.

It was a real pleasure to meet Dr Valla for my audio evaluation for my hearing aids . He was very patient courteous and explained everything in detail to make sure It fit right and that I felt comfortable wearing them. Very competent and friendly staff and audiologists

My doctor is so knowledgeable that he was able to see me through some serious learning curves. I highly recommend the Marin Hearing center, they not only know how to help you but they also take the time to make sure you know also. I walk out of their office feeling upbeat everytime knowing I got the best from them.

I am a professional musician, so my hearing is very important to me. This place was great. They have high tech equipment that was able to test which frequencies my ear plugs were canceling and not canceling out. They also tested background noise, my ears' ability to hear different types of speech and taught me about how a combination of antioxidants can help prevent hearing loss.

I saw Joseph when I was there and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this place.

My experience with Marin Hearing Center and Andy in particular has been awesome. Andy cares deeply about his profession and helping hearing challenged people like me. SUCH great things to say! I was so impressed. I never write reviews but I genuinely had an amazing experience here and had to write one. The doctor was genuinely interested and talked with me about everything, explained what all the graphs meant, and was overall so nice. Can't recommend more! Also I didn't feel rushed through at all like at many other dr appts, it was so great he really took his time and did a thorough job. It was great.

Can't say enough positive things about the Marin Hearing Center. The Front Office staff is always cheerful , helpful and efficient. Dr. Valla is very skilled, up on the latest information and developments in the field, thorough and goes above and beyond in all ways. Plus he is a very caring individual. Have been seeing Doctor Valla for the past 8 years and the only change is his customer service gets better with each visit. Not only his personal but all his employees offer old school customer service.

Dr. Valla & Robin- the Dynamic Duo of Audiology is back!

Just had a situation where I had to get in quick and find a solution to help with my Mom's hearing loss (she was here visiting and literally couldn't have conversations with my kids anymore). Kim got me in really quickly and we had a solution within 48 hours. Kim was kind and dealt really well with my stubborn mom 😉 Her and her whole staff are wonderful. Kim went above and beyond for us in many ways to help us out. Kim actually answered the phone and emails directly - amazing. She is knowledgable and professional and tries to find the right solution for the situation. Couldn't be happier - highly recommend.
